Our onboarding is thorough because patient safety depends on it — but it's also fast. Here's how it works.
Create your account
Sign up with email, Apple, or Google. Choose the "I'm a caregiver" role — this shapes your entire experience, including the profile and dashboard you'll use.
Submit your credentials
Upload your government-issued photo ID, professional license (including license number and expiry date), and a live selfie for liveness verification. All documents are reviewed by our team within 24–48 hours.
Build your public profile
Write a bio, select your specialties, add languages you speak, upload a profile photo, and set your hourly rate. A complete profile earns 5× more requests than an incomplete one.
Set your area & availability
Pin your service location, set your coverage radius (up to 50 km), and define your weekly schedule. You control exactly when and where you're available.
Subscribe & start accepting
Choose a subscription plan (Basic from $9.99/mo or Max from $24.99/mo) and you're live. Incoming requests arrive in your Requests tab — accept the ones you want.

Questions from caregivers
You need to upload: (1) a government-issued photo ID, (2) your professional license with license number and expiry date, and (3) a live selfie captured in-app for liveness verification. All documents are reviewed by our team within 24–48 hours.
Typically 24–48 hours after submission. You'll receive an email when your Verified badge is approved. During that time your profile is in pending state and not yet visible to patients.
Yes. You can update your hourly rate at any time from your profile settings. Rate changes apply to new booking requests — they don't affect bookings already accepted.
No. You can decline any request without penalty. There is no minimum acceptance rate, no penalty for inactivity, and no requirement to be available on specific days.
The app is available in English and Arabic with full RTL support. You can also list the languages you speak on your profile (from 30+ supported languages) so patients who prefer care in their language can find you.
