Every CareGiver Is Verified Before Their First Booking
We never list a caregiver without checking their credentials first. Our multi-step verification confirms each caregiver's identity and professional licence before their profile goes live.
Government-Issued Photo ID
Every caregiver uploads a national ID, passport, or driving licence. Our team cross-references the name, date of birth, and photo to confirm identity before any badge is issued.
Professional Licence Check
CareGivers submit their professional licence number and expiry date. We verify it against professional registries to confirm it is valid, active, and not expired or revoked.
Live Selfie Liveness Check
CareGivers complete a live selfie captured in-app. Our system uses liveness detection to ensure the applicant is physically present — not using a photo or pre-recorded video.
Human Review Within 24–48 Hours
Our safety team reviews every caregiver application manually. Approved caregivers receive the Verified shield badge. Any discrepancy results in immediate rejection and re-submission.
In-Session Safety Tools
Safety does not stop at verification. SoftCare provides real-time tools during every active booking to protect both patients and caregivers.
SOS Emergency Button
One tap during any active session sends an emergency alert with the patient's location and contact details to their emergency contact and our safety team simultaneously.
Live Care Sheet
The caregiver logs vitals, medications, and observations in real time. Patients and families can follow along in the app — total transparency into care delivery, every session.
In-App Encrypted Messaging
All communication between patient and caregiver stays within SoftCare — encrypted, logged, and monitored for safety. No external contact details need to be exchanged.
No-Show Monitoring
Sessions have a 30-minute grace period. If a caregiver does not start a session on time, the patient is automatically notified and given the option to cancel with no fee.
Ratings, Reviews & Accountability
A transparent review system and dedicated dispute resolution keep the community honest and accountable.
Verified Post-Session Reviews
Only patients who have completed a session can leave a star rating (1–5). Reviews are never anonymous to our team, and fake or manipulated reviews are actively removed.
Dispute Resolution
Either party can open a dispute if a problem occurs. Our team investigates using care sheet records, messages, and booking data — and responds within 48 hours.
CareGiver Suspension & Removal
CareGivers who receive multiple low ratings or substantiated complaints are suspended pending review. Verified badges can be revoked if a licence expires or a violation is confirmed.
Data Encryption & Privacy
