The SoftCare app has not launched yet

There is no SoftCare app on the App Store or Google Play right now, and any app listed under a similar name belongs to an unrelated company. Caregiver search and booking are not open yet — they are coming with the iPhone and Android apps, which are in active development. Until then, this website explains how SoftCare works, how caregivers are verified and what it costs, and our team is reachable at any time.

Search independent, licensed caregivers and stack filters — distance, specialty, rating, price, gender, language, and verification status — to narrow to the right person in seconds.

Check credentials before you book

Every profile shows government-issued photo ID, professional licence verification with expiry, and a live selfie check. Where a caregiver has added an optional background check or proof of insurance, that is shown too.

Chat free, before you commit

Message any verified caregiver about their experience, what they would recommend, or availability on a specific day. No payment and no booking until you are sure.

Book in minutes

Pick your caregiver, confirm the visit, and manage everything in one place. A booking is confirmed only once the caregiver accepts.

Follow every visit live

The care sheet is a shared, real-time record during an active booking — vitals, pain scores, medications given, intake and output, wound care, and clinical observations.

Searching for caregivers and booking them is free for patients — you pay the caregiver’s hourly rate per session. An optional Patient Premium plan ($7.99/month) adds priority matching and care-sheet exports. CareGivers can list and chat for free, with paid plans for taking bookings.
