Every caregiver completes a multi-step verification: government-issued photo ID, active professional license upload, license expiry confirmation, and a live selfie liveness check. Booking a caregiver is free for patients. You pay the caregiver's hourly rate per session — caregivers set their own rates. An optional Premium plan ($7.99/month) unlocks priority matching and advanced care-sheet exports. No hidden fees. See full pricing →
Yes. You can add multiple care recipients to your account — yourself, a parent, child, spouse, sibling, or other loved one. Each recipient has their own medical profile and booking history.
Yes. Cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours before the booking start time. Late cancellations may incur a fee. You can cancel in one tap from the bookings screen. CareGivers can also cancel, and the full cancellation policy is shown before every booking.
The care sheet is a shared clinical record available during every active booking. The caregiver logs vitals, pain scores, medications, intake/output, wound care, mood, sleep, and observations in real time.
