How does SoftCare verify its caregivers?

Every caregiver completes a multi-step verification: government-issued photo ID, active professional licence upload, licence expiry confirmation, and a live selfie liveness check. Only caregivers who pass all steps receive the Verified badge visible on their public profile. See the full safety & verification process

How much does it cost to book a caregiver?

Booking a caregiver is free for patients. You pay the caregiver's hourly rate per session — caregivers set their own rates. An optional Premium plan ($7.99/month) unlocks priority matching and advanced care-sheet exports. No hidden fees. See full pricing

Can I book a caregiver for a family member?

Yes. You can add multiple care recipients to your account — yourself, a parent, child, spouse, sibling, or other loved one. Each recipient has their own medical profile and booking history.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancellations are free if made at least 24 hours before the booking start time. Late cancellations may incur a fee. You can cancel in one tap from the bookings screen. CareGivers can also cancel, and the full cancellation policy is shown before every booking.

What is the live care sheet?

The care sheet is a shared clinical record available during every active booking. The caregiver logs vitals, pain scores, medications, intake/output, wound care, mood, sleep, and observations in real time. Patients and families can view the sheet live in-app. Premium users can export it as a PDF for their GP or specialist. Read the full care sheet guide

In which countries is SoftCare available?

SoftCare’s launch markets are Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates (including Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Saudi Arabia (including Riyadh and Jeddah), France, Spain and the United States. SoftCare detects your country automatically and shows rates in your local currency. The site is available in English, Arabic, French and Spanish, and CareGiver profiles support over 30 languages. Availability in any city depends on how many verified CareGivers have joined there.

Is there a SoftCare mobile app for iPhone or Android?

Not yet. The SoftCare mobile app for iPhone and Android is in development and is not on the App Store or Google Play — any app listed under a similar name belongs to an unrelated company.
